My research has passed through various stages of transformation, from initial creations of objects inspired by natural forms up to the latest works where this attention towards the natural world has brought me to the concept of collecting and re-using discarded materials.

It is often the badly-cut forms that lead me to the final sculpture and my interest is precisely in giving value to something which others have discarded. It is the stone itself that permits me to work in such a way since the method of work has a minimum negative impact on the environment and the leftover pieces can always be used in one-way or the other.
