Le mie opere superano i valori estetici comuni selezionando l’elemento naturale per creare una scultura e, nello stesso tempo, mantenendo un dialogo tra il materiale e il suo contesto di origine, aspiro a raccontare una storia sull’ambiente in cui viviamo.

L’azione di restituire alla natura un materiale trasformato da un intervento scultoreo aggiunge un valore concettuale, anima una riflessione sul dove siamo e cosa facciamo.

Uso la tecnica dell’intreccio come metafora dei fatti e dei fenomeni che interferiscono reciprocamente, per parlare della storia di un luogo e dare attenzione ai cambiamenti ambientali e sociali dell’intorno stesso.

Ogni scultura è un simbolo derivato dall’oggetto naturale unito al suo significato sociale.

My works go beyond common aesthetic values by selecting the natural element to create a sculpture and, at the same time, maintaining a dialogue between the material and its context of origin, I aspire to make people reflect on the environment in which we live.
The action of giving back to nature a material transformed by a sculptural intervention adds a conceptual value, animates a reflection on where we are and what we do.
I use the intertwining technique as a metaphor for facts and phenomena that interfere with each other, to talk about the history of a place and pay attention to the environmental and social changes of the surroundings.
Each sculpture is a symbol derived from the natural object combined with its social meaning.
